Moriarty's Skirts Up! ...where the ladies lift their skirts for the camera
Skirts Up!
Submissions

If you are considering taking part with Skirts Up! please read the whole of this page.
So how do you take part at Skirts Up!?

First of all, you must read the guidelines. It is important that Skirts Up! sticks by its principles and rules, so please read the guidelines and then you will know whether or not your pictures are suitable.

Remember that the concept is for a set of pictures of a lady where she gradually lifts her skirt from being down (and everything covered up) to being held up with the hands with a smile (if the lady is showing her face).

The picture sequence should be e-mailed to info@msu2.com and of course let Moriarty know if there are any instructions you want to pass over - like masking your face, for instance, or if you have a site you want Moriarty to link to, or you want to suggest an e-mail address for fans to send you fan mail.

If you have any questions, do e-mail first to info@msu2.com and Moriarty will answer them for you. Once you are corresponding with Moriarty you will realise that he is on your side and trying to do the bext for you.

Permission

It is vital that when in your correspondence you state that you give permission to Skirts Up! to publish your pictures. This is necessary so Moriarty has a record that you gave permission for your pictures to be used.

Just so as you know (old hands will know this from experience), I will state below some principles that are adhered to on the Skirts Up! side:
  • msu2.com (Skirts Up! or Moriarty's Skirts Up!) -The Site - is a website which invites contributions of photographs from its correspondents.
  • It will only ever use photographs of you (or your site) that you have submitted for inclusion.
  • It will never take from your site, copy or use any of your photographs other than those you have sent.
  • It will never attempt to post your pictures elsewhere without your knowledge.
  • It will never attempt to claim ownership of your images.
  • It will never attempt to use your images under a different name, other than that used by you.
  • Your images will be removed as quickly as possible, in the event that you wish to have them removed.
  • It will include a link as designated by you so that visitors can come directly to your site.
  • It will publicise you and/or your site and therefore raise your profile with the visitors.
  • In accepting pictures for publication, it is hoped that it will be obvious that the person submitting them has the right to do so, but to some extent pictures will have to be accepted on good faith. If it is discovered that any pictures have been submitted dishonestly (where someone else owns the copyright) then the pictures will be removed immediately, and full cooperation will be given to the copyright owner to trace the violator. Having said all that - if you took the pictures yourself that you are submitting with the permission of the model there will not be a problem. Oh for goodness sake, you know what I mean!
