Skirts Up! is a site dedicated to bringing you pictures of smiling ladies lifting their skirts to show their underwear. It's as simple as that.

Of course even with something so simple there has to be some guidelines so we all know what we are doing, so here we go:-

• Skirts Up! contains no intentional nudity:
  it has been found over the years that there have been occasions where submissions have included very 'see-thru' scenarios. In such cases, the decision over whether or not to post the pictures will fall to the Skirts Up! team, with Moriarty having the final word. Consider a thong to be the minimum underwear within scope.
• Skirts Up! is for ladies (female gender) to post pictures:
  sorry guys, but the site is for ladies only. Any doubts about the er, sincerity of the applicant will be put to the team for judgement
• Skirts Up! is for adult ladies only (i.e. over 18 years old):
  Again, any doubts will be put to the team for judgement
• Skirts Up! may be considered to be a 'nylons' site:
  we have certainly had bare legs in the past, but for all intents and purposes it should be considered a 'nylons' site, so that means stockings with panties OR panties under pantyhose. To reiterate, consider a thong to be the minimum underwear which remains within scope.
• If you have a site, Skirts Up! will link your pictures to your site, and this has worked very well in the past. So please keep any text within your pictures to a minimum
  large notices within the pictures just looks a bit bad really. It's not a killer, but consider it carefully, we know what works best within Skirts Up! after literally years on the web and we will work to get you the 'biggest bang in return for your contribution'.

About picture sets

Skirts Up! has previously contained a number of sections:-

• The 'full' Skirts Up! set with dialogue
• The Quick Flash page
• The Naughty Places page
• The Youlift section

It may be that we do not bring back all the sections immediately, or of course there could be other exciting ideas put forward to be considered, but here is an explanation of what is needed from you to be included in any of the sections.

This is a sequence of pictures, which begins with the lady facing the camera, fully clothed and with everything covered up. It progresses as she then reaches for her hem, and a gradual lift until she is holding her skirt up to show her underwear. The process is then repeated with the lady turned away from the camera to give us a rear view, culminating in a 'bent over, exposed underwear shot' to finish with. In the past ladies have been very creative with props, surroundings, (even things like newspapers or pets) anything which adds some depth, and to which Moriarty can add a fantasy storyline. If you have never seen it before you may wonder what I am talking about, but if you have seen it you will know, and this has always been the most popular area of Skirts Up! There is an expectation that for these full sets the lady must be showing her face and smiling for the camera

No time to make a full set (as above), no inspiration? But perhaps a desire to join in and flash your underwear? This is the place for you. Just any pictures of the lady holding up her skirt to show her underwear, if in sequence so much the better. There is no need to show your face if you don't want to, and if you lack the means to blank out your face yourself, we can do it for you - all you have to do is tell us what you want.

This is basically the same as the Quick Flash section, except that the lady has taken it upon herself to do the flashing in a naughty place. Somewhere that might be considered naughty - like outdoors, in a public place or even (as some of our more adventurous star contributors have done) in a Gents (Men's Room) toilet. See what you can come up with - you have always amazed me in the past.

There have to be some exclusions where flashing is likely to create real offence - like religious buildings and places of religious significance. If you think "this is really wrong" as opposed to "naughty" then don't do it.

This was a part of the final iteration of the previous Skirts Up! and was a section where you could register on-line for a username and password, and have your own little area of the site, where you could add a profile about yourself (and your site, if you had one) and post pictures whenever you wished, and as often as you liked. It had a vast take up from people who had not read that it was for people posting pictures - you didn't need a password to see the pictures - but there was still a very healthy and active membership that kept it all bubbling. This area will not be reinstated immediately but it may well be - there is just a lot of work necessary to make it happen.
